By creating an account or using Pegese in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the application.
Pegese is a mobile application designed for Chinese language learning and translation. Our services include, but are not limited to: text translation, image-based translation (OCR), video transcription and translation, vocabulary management, learning exercises, and social features such as shared lists and user profiles.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pegese. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use Pegese only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
The Pegese application, including its design, logo, graphics, and original code, is the exclusive property of Pegese and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display on or through Pegese. By submitting content, you grant Pegese a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Pegese reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Pegese may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, translation APIs, and cloud storage). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pegese shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pegese makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pegese and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Profile settings in the application. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the application or via email. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Al crear una cuenta o utilizar Pegese de cualquier forma, reconoces que has leído, comprendido y aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos y Condiciones. Estos términos se aplican a todos los usuarios de la aplicación.
Pegese es una aplicación móvil diseñada para el aprendizaje y la traducción del idioma chino. Nuestros servicios incluyen, entre otros: traducción de texto, traducción basada en imágenes (OCR), transcripción y traducción de video, gestión de vocabulario, ejercicios de aprendizaje y funciones sociales como listas compartidas y perfiles de usuario.
Para acceder a ciertas funciones, debes crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de cuenta y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo tu cuenta. Debes proporcionar información precisa y completa durante el registro y mantenerla actualizada.
Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar Pegese. Si eres menor de 18 años, debes contar con el consentimiento de un padre o tutor legal.
Aceptas utilizar Pegese solo con fines lícitos y de acuerdo con estos términos. No debes:
La aplicación Pegese, incluyendo su diseño, logotipo, gráficos y código original, es propiedad exclusiva de Pegese y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender ni alquilar ninguna parte de nuestro servicio sin permiso previo por escrito.
Conservas la propiedad del contenido que envías, publicas o muestras en o a través de Pegese. Al enviar contenido, otorgas a Pegese una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y libre de regalías para usar, reproducir y mostrar dicho contenido únicamente con el fin de proporcionar y mejorar el servicio.
Eres el único responsable del contenido que subes. Pegese se reserva el derecho de eliminar cualquier contenido que viole estos términos o que sea objetable.
Pegese puede integrarse con servicios de terceros (como Google Sign-In, APIs de traducción y almacenamiento en la nube). No somos responsables de la disponibilidad, precisión o prácticas de estos servicios de terceros. El uso de dichos servicios está sujeto a sus respectivos términos y políticas.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Pegese no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos que surjan del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación que surja de o esté relacionada con estos términos no excederá la cantidad que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.
El servicio se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD". Pegese no ofrece garantías, expresas o implícitas, con respecto al servicio, incluyendo pero no limitado a comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular y no infracción. No garantizamos que el servicio será ininterrumpido, seguro o libre de errores.
Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Pegese y sus afiliados, directivos, agentes y empleados de cualquier reclamación o demanda que surja del uso del servicio, la violación de estos términos o la violación de cualquier derecho de terceros.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar tu cuenta y acceso al servicio a nuestra entera discreción, sin previo aviso, por conducta que consideremos que viola estos términos o es perjudicial para otros usuarios, para nosotros o para terceros.
Puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento a través de la configuración de Perfil en la aplicación. Al cancelar, tu derecho a usar el servicio cesará inmediatamente.
Podemos modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Si realizamos cambios sustanciales, te notificaremos a través de la aplicación o por correo electrónico. El uso continuado del servicio después de dichas modificaciones constituye la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
Estos términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos términos estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de España.
